Product Description

Raw Material Preparation

Select appropriate metal materials. Commonly used materials include steel, aluminum, copper and others. The selection of materials shall be based on the service requirements of the parts, choosing metal materials with favorable plasticity and suitable mechanical properties.

Heating

Heat the metal material to a specific temperature to reduce its hardness for easier forming. The heating methods can be flame heating, resistance heating or induction heating, and the specific temperature depends on the type of metal used and the forging requirements.

 
 

Forging Forming

Place the preheated metal billet into the mold, and apply a certain amount of force to deform it into the desired shape. Forging methods are divided into open-die forging, closed-die forging, etc.Control the forging ratio, and force the billet to deform into the target shape in the mold.

 
 

Heat Treatment

After the completion of forging, it is generally necessary to conduct heat treatment on the metal to enhance its strength and hardness, as well as adjust its internal microstructure to meet the design requirements.

CNC Machining

Rough Machining: Mill/turn the surface of the forging to remove excess material, and conduct UT inspection (for internal defect detection) simultaneously;

Finish Machining: Perform precision cutting to achieve the final dimensions specified by the customer. Upon completion, carry out UT & PT inspections (for surface and internal defect detection), as well as mechanical property tests.
